a drunk, a drug addict, an out-of-controller-rock'n'roller", a rude, a crude, mean dude, and is probably disliked by all, hated by most, and despised by many, and who may also have serious issues with police, the judicial system, all politicians, all politics, all forms of control, and all governments as a whole;

Morgan city trash may also be dangerous to fuck with, so please be advised--one may snap at any given moment due to any small amount of stress or fucking-withness;

If you happen to come across a person of morgan city trash decent, please keep your cool, do not make direct eye-contact, and run to call you nearest, cruelest form of police-state personnel. Also be advised that morgan city trash is comprised of those not actually from morgan city, and may, in fact, include those from the surrounding TRI-city areas, which are berwick, patterson, and stephensville or calumet (the later two, though very rare, are likewise dangerous: please be warned).

a badass street preacher who hangs out with scumfucks but is not a career alcoholic.

the lowest form of travelling kid within the punk spectrum. analagous to the hippie "drainbow" but usually worse.
a slight variant on the oogle.
a scumfuck must: not give a fuck. be very very drunk. be dirty. ride trains or pretend to.
scumfucks usually listen to g.g. allin, the original scumfuck, but some prefer only pure norwegian blackmetal (esp. burzum, since they are one of the most fucked-up blackmetal bands). the blackmetal thing is more prevalent now.
will be seen wearing dirty carhartts or cargo pants, adorned with numerous patches. patches will often include those of train companies (this is omnipresent among train-riding kids) and beer/ liquor companies (this is usually a bad sign).
facial tattoos abound, and are usually poorly-done.
scumfucks will ask anyone for money, even other travelling punks.
often travel with dogs, usually very badly-behaved pitbulls.

A generally non-offensive term used in some punk communities to describe a friend or aquaintance, possibly but not necessarily a traveler, staying in one's home without paying rent. A good scumbag often contributes (monetarily or with food, music, or company) to the house where they are staying and usually does not stay with the same people for an extended period of time.

Not to be confused with scumfucks (see also: oogles), who are scumbags that steal your money, smoke your cigarettes, drink your alcohol, and break bottles over heads fairly indiscriminately.

A homeless, usually transient, sometimes stationary gutterpunk. Scumfucks differ from other street punks in that they are characterized by being drunken raucous assholes. Scum fuck is sometimes used as a derogatory term, but most scum fucks are proud to be scum fucks.

To engage in reckless behavior along the lines of beating women and throwing puppies into fires. Typically perpetrated by "GG Allin-disciple" scumfuck types. Generally caused by consumption of large quantities of inexpensive whiskey.
