Retrocades 

Modern day arcades with mostly retro arcade games of the 80's and 90's. Also a place where adults can relive their chilhood and/or share that experience with their children. Some retrocades also serve alcohol and carry plenty of craft beer on tap.

I want to take the kids to the Retrocades so that we can get in some retro arcade gaming.

We are going out with the boys to play old school arcade games at the Retrocades.

Retrogamer 

A retrogamer is a gamer preferring playing and collecting retro games - older video games and arcade games. They may also be called classic gamers or old-school gamers, which are terms that are more prevalent in the United States. The games are played either on the original hardware, on modern hardware via console emulation, or on modern hardware via ports or compilations.

If a gamer likes old video games, he's a retrogamer.

retrogamer 

A gamer that plays nothing or (almost nothing) but older video-games, before Playstation or Nintendo 64.

Most retrogamers don't play more modern video-games because most of them now have an obbession with good looking graphics.

retardware 

1: Software that serves no useful purpose, but impairs the function of your computer, often due to using up RAM. Unlike spyware or malware this is just due to poor design rather than malicious intent.

2: Software designed to make computers easier for lusers to use, but ends up teaching them bad habits which cause them to wreck their computer or otherwise make using it more difficult than it needs to be.

Much of the "bonus" software that comes pre-installed with home computers sold by major manufacturers tends to fit one or both definitions of "retardware".

Retrosave

Saving a file, document or other electronic format back to an previous version of that program. This feature is usually accessed via the "Save as" prompt in most applications.

(Origins- retro and save: "Retro-pertaining to a style of an earlier time", "Save-to electronically copy a file from RAM onto disk or other storage medium)

"I do not have Photoshop CS3, so I can not open your .PSD. Can you retrosave it to Photoshop 7?"

"The file '_____.docx' can not be opened as you do not have the latest version of MS Office. Please have the sender Retrosave it to an earlier version of MS Word."
