Military style precision shooting with a tech 9, glock 22 or other similar device. Must be done in a slow methodic style similar to the development of a complex SQL script (with multiple stored procs).
That shadow person kept haunting me and I couldn't get over it. It took a couple of months, but I got Ramper Saudi on him in due time.
