The word comes from the catholic edited version of the Second testament - Roman soldier to Jesus of Nazareth:"gonna cry? gonna piss your pants maybe? maybe shit and cum?"
Because of vulgarity of the word "piss" theologicians with the help of "minor" assistants came up with the given phrase.

similar to a hoodrat except it refers to a resident of Plano, TX that most likely didnt graduate high school and partakes in multiple extreme drugs. They are also highly liable to life there their entire lifespan, and just bum around feening for drugs

Penorawth is the ARCH FOE of anything that lives. (Mostly Davidoth.)
He is the complete opposite of anything pleasurable.
