Often used when around a cheap little fucker or when within a 10 foot radius of a peep. Mainly referenced when around someone who always has peeps on them.

Kah: Yo man! Want some peeps?
Bully: Oh what the PEEP PEEP KAHHHHH!!!!! (Billy shits his pants)
