Party Queen

Comes from someone with a large wardrobe of clothes (with never enough time to wear them) to entice a man or woman into finding them attractive.

More recently used in UK/Europe to describe a sub group of Gay men who 'Party' at the weekends (on Illegal Drugs or Chems) and 'Queen' to describe their camp and effeminate way of behaving. Often reffering to themselves as 'wired' and usually looking for immdeiate self gratification. Party Queens are often self centred, narcissistic and egocentric.

Partyquette 

Being an all around good partier. This involves inviting a large diverse group of people, not getting wasted to an embarrassing extent, drinking your own alcohol instead of stealing someone else's, and just being an all around honorable partier.

Party + Etiquette = Partyquette

Wow, that guy sure knows how to throw and attend a great party. He invited everyone who he knows even the people he doesn't really like. Now that is great Partyquette.

Partyween 

The weekend before the official day of Halloween. Since many folk are unable to participate on the official day of Halloween (either work related or what have you), the weekend before is reserved for costume parties and other merrymaking.

"Oh man! Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year! I guess its Partyween instead!"

No Parqueen

Illegal gender-biased stipulation regarding where cars may be stored for a period of time.

"No Parqueen" could merely refer to adult women's using a particular spot; if teenage girls cannot stash their wheels there, either, then da sign should include, "No Parprincess" to avoid confusion.
