paraperaxis 

noun, plural par·a·prax·es par-uh-prak-seez. Psychology. a slip of the tongue or pen, forgetfulness, misplacement of objects, or other error thought to reveal unconscious wishes or attitudes.Also known as parapraxis, these slips supposedly reveal secret thoughts and feelings that people hold. Typical examples include an individual calling their spouse by an ex's name, saying the wrong word, or even misinterpreting a written or spoken word.

basically having an error of speech, memory or physical action. it can occur during

an internal train of thought. It is also reffered as a Freudian slip.

I was having a time, opps i mean pie. Sorry I had a parapraxis.

Noun--a person who uses a joking tone, but really means what they say. They will never admit the truth, but you just know...

Billy is always saying, "I hate you! Just kidding!" But it makes me wonder.... He's such a parapractic.
