A term used to describe a person whom has a nice looking body with an ugly face. The person is appealing from the shoulders down; paperbag is used to cover his or her face during sex. Mostly used to desribe females.

John: Dude, ya see number 6 on their team?

Scott: She looks good from behind but thats it!

adjective describing a person, particularly a female, who has a great body but the face is of questionable beauty. Not just a butterface, but a butterface with a hot body.
