Surf N' Turf Buffet 

When a girl has her vagina and anus licked at the same time by two different individuals. This act is a prerequisite to the Eiffel Tower.

Although the word 'buffet' is used, this act is most often an appetizer to the more enjoyable Eiffel Tower. Although which act is more enjoyable is debatable.

Scott and Ben enjoyed an all you can eat Surf N' Turf Buffet with the drunk girl from the bar. Scott called dibs on her ass.
