One who has a badly kept beard on his chin. Makes them look like a twat and if it kept just right, will look and feel like the pubic region of a hairy woman.

My mate Pete is a Muff-face. And he's ginger as well so it don't help! hahaha

v. A very disrespectful, semi-violent act of palming and pushing the shit out of the victims face, usually in a downward manner.

"I was beating her boyfriends ass and that fat bitch tried to jump. I didn't want to hit her, cause she is like half female, so I face muffed that bitch!"
