Originating in Glasgow / West Coast of Scotland, a term for slashing someone with a straight razor, usually across the face. Comes from the dubious rhyming slang of Malky (Malcolm) Fraser, Razor.
Has extended over the years to mean simply giving someone a 'doing' - beating them up - or a 'Glesga kiss' - a headbutt - and has also expanded throughout Scotland and into the North East of England.

Smart, loving, loyal, compassionate, wise woman with a heart of gold. Whoever is married to a Malky is the luckiest man in the world. Israeli Malkys are the best, but they're all good. They age really slowly, and always look young. They're also amazing wives & moms.

I'm led to believe that it's also been used in printed stories & rhymes, again locally in the Glasgow/West of scotland area, by the likes of the Glaswegian poet & wordsmith, Liz Lochhead, (who was invited to read some of her work to my schools drama classes, during the school year 1981 - 82).

A seriously bad thing to happen to you. If you get 'malkied' then you will have been thumped raucously about the body in a fashion not dissimilar to that of a poor unfortunate referee who has bad mouthed the captain of a particularly large rugby squad.
