A term for a relationship with a woman that must be sexual, but explicitly cannot be a dating relationship. Implies a lack of any commitment, but further implies that it is the most significant relationship said person has at the given time. The "main bitch" has the ability to get closer than other girls to her man emotionally, but probably doesn't want to if she knows that she is his "main bitch". With that being said, this is the only sexual relationship the man has at the time that even remotely has a chance of working out in the long run, though this chance is still infintesimally small.

A group of friends who you can depend on. They slay all them hoes and are the best people. Its a shame you wont be in any kind of group like this because there is only one main bitches gang. The main bitches were created in a science lesson in year 7//2016. They contain 3 people and only 3 no one is allowed to come in or out of the bitches unless inherited. A 'Main Bitch' is the person ( female ) that is most present in a music video but isn't one of the main singers / vocalists. But she is the only woman to sing a verse or two in the music video. This usually indicates that she is also having sex with the male who is the main singer / vocalist.
