Jockblocked 

The act of cutting short your gym workout because of prior commitments afterwards, only to find out that those plans have fallen through.

Eric totally jockblocked me the other day. I left the gym early to go meet him at the bar, but I got text saying he had to cancel as soon as I got there.

When you want to go jogging, but there are either too many people on the track already, or a sporting event like a football game or track meet, so you can't go jogging.

Chris: Why didn't you go jogging today?

Misti: There was a football game so I couldn't jog on the track....I got jogblocked.
