About 97 degrees Fahrenheit. Unlike, say, "hot as hell" or "scorching hot," this expression is actually fairly precise, since the temperature of one's balls is carefully regulated by the scrotum to maintain a high sperm count.

Bob: Actually, it's about 99 degrees, so it might be "hot as lungs," but balls are slightly cooler.

A phrase describing the temperature. In reference to a woman's breast (tit) which are "hot" to males. To be "hot as a tit" is for something to be extremely hot.

"You should've rolled down your car windows, it's hot as a tit in here now."

hot as hell 

This phrase can be used in reference in two different instances.

1.) To refer to the temperature at present. Saying that "it is hot as hell" is to over embellish the current temperature by comparing it to that of hell itself (which would be unimaginable heat)

2.) No comment on the origin of the second instance of the phrase. The meaning is simply in reference to an incredibly attractive man or a woman.

1.) Can someone turn the air conditioner on? It's hot as hell in here.

2.) Did you see that chick over there? She's hot as hell!
