Generic Mom Answer

the answer a mom/mother gives you, that basically doesn't answer the question at all, but uplifts spirits at the same time or causes anger.

Son: mom do you think i would be a good doctor
Mom: you can be good at anything
Son: wow that is such a generic mom answer
