A theoretical composition of chromosomes reserved for the next level of evolution of our genetic consciousness, and is meant to be on a more spiritual level. This is said to result in power and ability that far surpasses all mankind as we know it, and is a step towards 'perfection'. Our (99.9% of mankind) current genetic makeup contains 44 and 2 chromosomes.

Jesus Christ is said to have had a forty-six & two chromosome composition, hence the term "Christ Consciousness" which is believed to be the result of forty-six & two chromosomes. Of course, the idea of him having such a number of chromosomes and that being the source of his abilities is all theoretical.

The reason was that they wanted to start a new gang of their own, Mid City gang was getting too big, it was first Mid City Criminals"MCCS""MCS""MCLC",Mid City Lil Criminals were the youngters of this gang and then their was Mid City Stoners click. The alleys were tagged with two storie high block letters spelling F.S.L.C. on both front of olympic blvd and 10th street place. with one black and white 42nd on a curtain made of steel. 42nd lil criminals are Thee original "CRIMINALS" The gang spreaded all around the U.S. an Mexico and Latin America with members of each country. Forty-Six

It can be used as a noun, verb, or classification. It's a miss calculation. If you commit an act which is FUBAR, that's a Code Forty-Six, or the offender can be called Agent Forty-Six. In other words this miscalculation has led to some sort of failure.
