To insert a fluorescence light bulb into a person's body through an opening (anus, vagina, etc.) While in the body, the bulb can be broken causing the vacuum within to explode and send out shards and grains of glass. To be used for sexual pleasure.

A building in which you are obligated to spend 40 or more hours per week and 90% or more of the electrically produced lighting is emmitted from depressing fluorescent bulbs. These places are generally referred to as offices, schools, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities or even jail.
