FISHTARDS 

1. FISHTARDS, a jumbled acronym for DHS, IRS, and ATF; is a slang term for the FED's. It is similar to the word Glowies, but created to evade censorship from using 'Glowies' on certain platforms. The word was first created and popularized, on the now banned "PvP Report" Discord server. The emoji representing FISHTARDS, is a Charlie the Tuna Fish wearing a CIA hat backwards.

The owner of the 3X ETF FAS (Direxion Financials Bull 3X ETF). The term denotes someone who goes "long" FAS, i.e. buys the equity. Tard is common in stock lingo for anyone who has a long position.

Fist'ard 

A Fist’ard is someone that is or performs an act of douche baggery so coarse the only thing you want to tell this person to do is go fist them self.

Also used as a name to describe disabled hardcore porn stars due to the parallel of the acts they perform.

Chad Kroeger is a massive Fist'ard.
