2. Blatantly and unashamedly stupid, incompetent, or
lazy, yet acting as though they are competent, in control, or somehow have your best interests at heart. Their entire demeanour is a masterclass in passive-aggressive condescension, making
light of situations where they are clearly the problem.
3. The human embodiment of smug cluelessness, where incompetence meets unwarranted confidence, wrapped in a patronising, infuriating grin.
