n. In Baltimoron, this refers to Ocean City, MD, and would be literally translated as "down to the ocean." Ocean City, MD is a very popular vacation destination, and a source of much regional culture. For example, 19th Street is named "Johnny Unitas Way," honoring the great Baltimore Colts quarterback of the 1960s and 1970s, who wore the number 19.

Downdate 

When you make an "update" on an operating system for your computer and the only known changes are that all wireless adapters, web cams, microphones, and headphones cease to work, resulting in trauma to the brain.

I was in complete excitement that all 75 updates were complete, but all hope crashed like the software in my computer as I realised it was one massive downdate.

it was named after a tiger with down syndrome (to see an image google down syndrome tiger). The word usually isn't used to refer as a down syndrome tiger often people use it as a friendly insult to people. Its usually said when the person is being dumb, not paying attention, pissing you off extra extra.......
