From the perspective of the sufferer, douchifilis has no obvious symptoms. The language douche bags speak. Most douche bags are fluent in Douchelish. This was term mentioned in an episode of "The Soup." Spencer Pratt and Ryan Seacrest are both fluent in Douchelish.
