The skin that connects a dog's torso to it's legs at the arm pit (or leg pit). Much like the webbing in between ducks' or inbred children's toes.

Dog web 

A dog web is a clump of fur that has built up on the floor or surfaces, like cobwebs but made of dog hair.

There are a lot of dog webs in that corner, someone should really hoover them.

Webby Dog

A Webby dog is an extremely strange and rare breed of human, a man in his 50’s-60’s with extreme mood swings, he’ll be your best mate one minute and your worst enemy the next. Webby dogs tend to love a cone and they are also very sexually active. A typical Webby Dog wears a Tommy Hilfiger t shirt tucked into his shorts with sandals to finish off the drip.
