Demotivational Posters 

pictures easily found on the internet by googling "demotivational posters". The posters are composed of a picture (often funny looking, frightening, or disturbing) surrounded by a rather thick black border, and underneath the picture, in the border there is a title for the "poster" that has something to do with the picture, and underneath the title is some kind of phrase that goes into more detail than the title and makes sense of the picture in terms of what point the creator was trying to get across.

"Hey what are you doing?"

"I'm making Demotivational Posters! Here check one out"

"Oh dude that is so true! if you don't hit that jailbait, somebody else will!!"

An asswipe from any corporate headquarters obstensibly sent in to raise the bottom line, but is actually an un-fireable loser being transfered (and promoted) just to get rid of him/her.

This demotivationalizer they sent in from back east is the biggest demotivationilizer in the history of business enterprise. They musy have dumped him/her on us to get him out of their way without pissing off his/her daddy.

Someone who tries to demotivate or demoralize those advocating for social or political change, often by accusing them of being 'undercover feds' or that it's 'already too late'. This tactic is frequently used by activists to keep their opposition quiet.

After our political group was infiltrated by demotivationalists, no one wanted to organize be involved with it anymore.
