Ctrl H is a magical formula that will INSTANTLY fix an excel spreadsheet that has been corrupted in format while being exported from the eXchange. The actual orgins of Ctrl H remains somewhat of a mystery. Some say it's witchcraft, some say black magic, while other believe the Devil himself came up from the depths of Purgatory just to give this power over. Many don't even know eho holds the key and only people granted special permission can tap into this great power.

The most used key combination to undo the previous action the user has made.
The use of a key combination to easilly perform a command was first introduced by Macintosh, using the Q, Z, X, C and V buttons, in combination with the Command key, for the actions quit, undo, cut, copy and paste (in that order).
It was passed down to other Operating Systems, but with other operating systems using other keyboards the Ctrl (Control) key was used, since they didn't have the same control key as a Macintish keyboard does.
Also see "Inside Macintosh. Volume 1" Chapter I page 53, for the first ever mention and explanation of this command.

You see a person working on an image in Photoshop "Oh, crap, I made a mistake! Undo!" The person presses Ctrl+Z to unto his mistake
