chutia in the literal meaning is - out of the chut (vagina) - but the word chutia in urdu and hindi means 'A fool' or 'idiot'

Derived from the word chut (cunt), it is a Hindi/Urdu slang word used to describe what we call a "douchebag" or also a complete moron.

1) chutiya- this is the common reference to all fools.
2) chaman chutiya- this is slightly higher level, the kind who will never accept they are chutiya
3) sir chutiya- this is the religiously chutiya guy, who takes pride in being a chutiya, and is amazed by his own capability of being a chutiya.
