To fast forward or rewind a recorded television program on a TiVo or other DVR. This is derived from the "boop" sound a TiVo makes when it is fast forwarded or rewound.
Boop back two seconds, I want to see that again.

An anti-measuring measurement in cooking. Usually said about a liquid or finely granulated food items (ex. salt). "Adding a boop" requires tipping the bottle or container of the food item, spice or condiment for approximately one second to pour into your mixture (or as long as it takes you to say boop!).
