Standing Blovation 

A man receiving felatio from a woman who is short enough (generally a midget) to achieve the act while both are standing on the same surface. Taller men may be able to achieve this with non-midgets.

I went to see that midget stripper and she gave a Standing Blovation for an extra $50.
