A word used in Puerto Rico, and the Spanish regions of Murcia and Extremadura that can be more or less translated into English as dude and is also commonly said as an exclamation. It is an abbreviation of "muchacho".

"Acho Juan! Cómo estás?" "Acho! No toques eso!"
