About 9% of people own their own homes. The weed is mainly shitty and overpriced and if you by some from drug-lord wannabe at the high school, you're guaranteed to be charged $25 for a gram of "dro"(a bud and a big ass stem of shwag in a little dime bag.) There's absolutely nothing to do here but drugs and steal shit from the Habeeb Marts spread throughout the town.

Small mall in Rhode Island. Located next to the somewhat vacant Rhodes Island mall. Newly renovated since it was ruined in the great flooding. Since this mall is filled with predominantly teenage girl / girl clothing stores (V.S. , wet seal, charlotte russe, bath & body works) show up here on a weekend / vacation and it will be filled with Warwick trashy Jr.high children and wiggers who think they have "swag". Oh and if you live in Warwick dress your best because you'll probably see approximately 10 people you know, most of which you'd rather not see...

A British campus university. Based, rather confusingly, just outside of Coventry and 10 miles away from Warwick, nearby towns include Leamington Spa and Kenilworth.
Academically sound (apart from Theatre Studies), socially inept and more corporate than Starbucks. But it's rich.
Very large Students Union, lots of waterfoul and a higher proportion of international students than is probably necessary. But they're rich too.
American Vice Chancellor who wants to take over the Far East and redefine himself in the image of Blofeld before he leaves; but that's OK because he's (probably) richer than everyone!
