Walkjog

A term usually used by Track and Cross Country runners during their workouts. It is defined as the period between their workout repeats where a walking/jogging period takes place. The athletes walk for a short distance and then jog to aid them in their recovery.
"Ok guys, we will do 400m repeats with 100m walkjog in between"
