Vinnyty 

A Vinnyty is a new England urban term describing a wanna be computer programmer with no educational background and generally takes on odd computer repair work which they just defrag/disk cleanup and return to the client.

Ex. "John is nothing but a two bit Vinnyty, that shit's slower than when he got it"
