Tom's Tour of Europe 

A type of exaggeration used by a man when trying to persuade a lady-friend to sleep with him, probably in a one night stand. Usually the perpetrator will have maybe visited a couple of friends on the continent, getting so drunk at each place it really does matter where he went.
