Used mainly around the Pittsburgh area, this person is extremely clingy, and enjoys following members of the opposite sex, although all advances are quickly rejected. This person is also under the belief that they are among the most intelligent in the world, and manage to bullshit their way out of most situations that would show flaws to their assumed intelligent. This person also pretends to drink substantially more then they do, and brag about this false consumption of alcohol, although everyone can tell that they are still quite sober. Drew: Who was that guy over there?
