Spitting mud 

When someone with diarrhea deposits it into someone's mouth and that person in returns spits it back into the others persons face.

I asked my friend why it looked like he got chocolate smeared all over his face. He told me his girlfriend was spitting mud.

The occurence that results from a horrible case of Gut Rot. Severe diarrhea that resembles actual mud from the earth which is being spit from the anus.

Gary: Hey Crid, did you do work today?
Crid: No man, I was home all day spittin' mud.
