A cross between a skunk and a lizard, are often rainbow colored and only show themselves when you are high. They like throwing rocks.

The Term was developed by popular North Phoenix based Hip Hop Artist, E$cott, and it eventually became an official term for being under the influence.

When you hit a pogo ball (AKA wall ball) fast and low enough for it to skid on the ground before it hits the wall. One of the most unreturnable hits in pogo (wall ball).
