Sherm permer

Someone who does something extremely out of the ordinary and really random. More often then not it's really out of hand and really rediculous.

Guy 1: WHAT! look how many guys he just killed in a row
Guy 2: He's a god!!

Guy 3: No he's a sherm permer!
