to chill yourself the fuck out, to calm yourself down, to quit worrying needlessly. Used primarily by seasoned stoners when dealing with a younger, more inexperienced smoker who is freaking out.

She said, "You are going to have fun, whether you like it or not!", so I'm going to download a horror movie while she looks for the dead among the living!
