In reference to condoms (contraception or birth control) and young people in or around and definitely below the age of 25 i.e. not yet fully neurologically mature, complete in education or naïve on work experience. - And still paying through the roof for car insurance!

The act of putting a cap on it of course prevents teenage pregnancy or the old 16 year cycle.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
