Similar to the Po-Po, the Puhlice enforce strict nonsensical laws, like failure to wear a seatbelt, in order to violate the peoples free will, cause anxiety in society, and also to earn the system revenue.

The difference, however, is that Puhlice is a slang term used to describe enforcers of the Totalitarian Beast System, otherwise known as Babylon or the New World Order.
"The Puhlice kicked my door down and raided my apartment today; all because I refused to recognize the Pope as the ultimate religious authority!" - Unknown Heretic
