The way Toby Turner of Tobuscus on YouTube says the word "posted". He is often very vocal about it and says it in a serious but humorous fashion.

Posting everything nothing and all the in between. Social media has us all absorbed like a curious observer to a massive net of idiocracy!
Postification is the reason I felt bad I forgot a friends birthday from twenty years ago. Trump is president I didnt need postification to remind me of bad times past!
