Definition 1: Big bouncy balls.

Definition 2: Balls that hang a lot.

Definition 3: Old looking testicles.

Ex 1 : Alex wasn't wearing underwear under his shorts, and i noticed he had pochangles.

Ex 2 : You can notice he has a severe case of pochangles when he runs.
