Pinned to the wall 

You've overeaten. Your stomach is so full it's pressed itself against the wall of your belly. You can't suck in your stomach because you are bloated.

Lisa: "I ate so much. I can't hold in my stomach at all."

Bethenny: "Oh, you're pinned to the wall."
