Someone that looks as though they are Asian, or of Asian descent, but are actually not in any way Asian.

Combination of Scots, "Nae" and "Asian"

"Fa, Agnes? G'wa; she's naesian!"

Translation:
"Who was that Asian girl you were with last night?"
"Who, Hetty? No old bean; she's naesian!"
