From my understanding, it is a slang term in Spanish that best describes delusional trashy people who falsely believe themselves to be of higher class. So think of the character Joy Turner in My Name is Earl as an Anglo example of such. In northern region of Mexico of the state of Chihuahua, Nacas usually falsely believe themselves to "Fresas."
