lowell is a medium sized shit hole melting pot city in massachusetts were you can find plenty of drugs, lowell is diverse in the highlands you will find many hatians,cambodians, and puerto ricans, in the hgh part of belvidere who will find white people but in lower belvidere known as belvi block you will find puerto ricans and all types of black people. In centerville which is known as C-Ville or Tha Ville you will find many black people mostly africans and hispanics. in south lowell you will find lots of spanish people, but in The Acres you will find black and spanish people and you will find lots of different housing projects(lowell has a lot)There is lots of gang problems in centraville and the highlands. They have multiple shootings a lot. And in down town lowell you will find drugs anywhere.

Lowell is a city in Massachussetts. It's known for it's art, culture, and ethnic diversity. Visiting there you will find cambodians, greeks, puerto- ricans, white kids, etc. The oscar winning film the Fighter was shot in downtown lowell. it's a pretty violent place with gangs and many shootings in centralville and the highlands. in downtown, drugs and homeless is everywhere, while on appleton st. prostitutes are easy to find. in belvidere, ghetto white families rule with their normal, snobby lifestyle. Tip: it sucks ass there. lowell is also a historical place known for the many mills in downtown and some are converted into luxery apartments. lowell hates dracut but the dracut ppl still come to the folk festival every year

Ive got to disagree with #3. Everyone else is right.
Lowell a small but main city. Its made up of Centerville,South Lowell, Highlands, Acers, Belvider and a few otha places. There is a lot of asians here and a shyt load of other people. 95% of loweldoes witness a drive by, dealing, and gang fights. Most speak with an accent and dont pronounce their "R"'s. If you live in lowell you probably go to the Movies which is Lowell Showcase cinemas. Everyone knows thr bulivard and Authors dinner. Most likely if u get something pierced everyone goed downtown to "Tom"... the asian dude who runs a nail salon with his wife. want shoes? you most likely go to Giovannis. School? Lowell High. And its true we dispise people from Dracut.. why? hell do we no always been that way probably always will.. oh n last but not least APPPLETON ST! if ur not from lowell u wont no what the hell it is or its purpose

A dirty fuckin city where everyone either smells like ass, you can find drugs on the preschool playground, guns in bushes, and smoochies after school
highlands: its dirty, everyone is crazy, you can buy or sell a gun or drugs, whole lotta gang shit going on, and full of asians, hispanics, and some blacks
acre: where you will find everything i listed in for the highlands but worse
pawtucketville: mostly full of rich snobby kids that try to act hard and get their ass kicked by guys from back central, highlands, acre, or centerville
centerville equally as bad as highlands and acre but more shooting and fights than anything else
south lowell: ghetto but not as ghetto as the acre, highlands and the villie
downtown: home to the crackheads, homeless people, and Lowell high school where you can find anything from the smoochies, drugs, and gangs to a half assed education u will forget after senior year
back central: we dont talk about back central, just know its scary there
belvidere: the closer it is to dt the more ghetto it gets
