a letter drafted to someone in order to tell them what you appreciate about them, what their flaws are, and how you like them anyway.

it differs from a love letter in that it doesn't have to be sweet or romantic. a like letter can be just as easily given between friends as SOs. the important thing is to be genuine and honest and not let your emotions cloud things the way they might with a love letter.

Lotte 

Lotte is a nice, Beautiful and all-around positive girl. She is someone you will always want to keep close to your heart. She comes across sassy and shy at first, but once you really get to know her you will never stop talking. She has gorgeous, lushes, silky hair. Needless to say, she has the best sense of humour and is the smartest girl in town! If you don't already, go get yourself a Lotte.
