A person or group of people that are very serious and stern. Often they are very self-absorbed, introverted and conceited. They hold strong opinions and are very bold. They are very passionate, serious, blunt, aloof and cold. They tend to unintentionally intimidate other people around them with these personality traits.

Most Polish, Russians, Ukrainians, etc. and other Eastern Europeans are very intense.

a word that can be used at the end of almost any sentence. often used to describe an event in which something very big has happened and the only word you reach for is intense. you can always use this word while speechless and someone is looking for a response.

Person 1 - Dude, I totally failed my last bio test and now I'm going to be grounded.

Person 2 - Wow, that's intense.

Can also be used as giving head on a plane.

Man #2: NO WAY! was it intense?
