1: An act or statement of a idiotic; or bizarre; or lunatic nature by a person under the influence of drugs; alcohol (and;or both).

2: A comedic performance(s) by a person while in a self-inflicted, sleep deprivation episode.

This word describes the feeling of being extremely high due to marijuana use. This word is used to describe someone who is so high they cannot function properly. It can also be used in first person.
