Hevar is the guy who can be a hell of a kind person, but sometimes annoy you. Like, very very much. Hevar usually have a awsome beard and some nice biceps but when you challenge him on a fight, it turns out that he is weaker than your granny. But Hevar is a kind person when you meet him at first, dont mess around and be cool, he might send his neighbor at you.

Someone who is highly unlikable. Often times is a complete and udder delinquent and delusional in all ways imaginable. Someone who just gets on your nerves in all ways.
