A beautiful girl who doesn't even need to try, but is insecure and feels like she does. She has perfect blonde hair and blue eyes. She has lots of freckles that she hates, but everyone else loves them. She feels like she tries too hard, but she just wants to please people. She has one girl best friend who she trusts more than anyone and a bunch of guy best friends who usually end up liking her at some point. She is very picky when it comes to boys though and usually doesn't have a boyfriend. She falls in love easily and falls out of it pretty fast when she finds something about the boy that she doesn't like. There is one boy who will always have her heart even though they will probably not end up together. Harper can be athletic, but she also has a lazy side. She feels fat sometimes but she is no where near being fat, even though she is not the skinniest girl ever. She is short and is teased about it sometimes but she doesn't really mind. She is very smart and hates when people automatically think she is dumb just because she is blonde. She is very determined to get what she wants and will not change herself just to solve an argument.
